BLACKROCK PLAYGROUND

So, you choose the playground first?
That's a good thing to start enjoying the day with your kids.

Black Rock-themed playspace is great for kids, even for everyone. It is a superb hit in the locality. It's not only purely for fun because the picturesque in Port Phillip Bay and the coastal ambience complement one another, giving off more sparks to the eyes and feelings.

If you have your kids play, there is a lot of stuff to play such as three-way swings, two wave slides, a captain's steering wheel, climbing ropes, a high balance beam with rope sides, a curved ladder, a clock and several educational panels–all these corroborate the idea of a whole pirate school.

Down below the shade sails are spinners:

  • An inclined doughnut spinner

  • A stand-on spinner

Also, you can find the following:

  • A square stand-on rocker

  • The four swings

  • Birds nest swings

  • Extremely high pyramid rope climbing frame

  • The wooden balance beam

  • The play ships are carved out of wood.

It's an awe-inspiring playground that your kids will always love to spend time around.

The centre stage is the climbing structure of a pirate ship, along with the bells and whistles around it like the slides for descending, hidey holes and doorways underneath, and the big seesaws embellished by dolphins and shark decors. You can also use the swings for your little ones and older kids. If the regular type is not their favourite, there is a large bird's nest swing to relax.

Blackrock playground is enticing for creativity and imaginary play. With all that equipment, it will be hard not to imagine oneself as a pirate and hunt for a treasure chest. Added by the tricky planks that urge a pirate role-play.

The park has various interesting features, like balance beams and poles made of natural materials.

WHAT'S MORE?

While the kids are having fun, you can walk in the grassy park and at the beach nearby. Or, sit on the benches while at the same time looking over them.

If you fancy drinking, cafes are lined up to visit and spend some moments. Or, tuck yourself with tasty ice creams from the nearest gelato Davey Macs. Also, there are a bunch of shades for summer days.

When your kids are done playing, you can bring them along to the coastal areas for joy walking or with scooters. Interestingly, you can proceed on a shopping spree around the village.

CONCLUSION

It may be overwhelming to choose the best park. But Black Rock is not the one you should miss because it underwent dramatic changes over time. Upgraded in 2012, it catches the local's hearts nowadays!
