Dog Leash Information

There are certain areas in the Reserve that have been strictly designated as off-leash and on-leash. If you want your dog off-leash, you may bring them to the two sporting grounds along Gardeners Road. These are located on the Reserve’s east side.

For dogs that are on a leash, you can bring them to the western sports ground, located beside the skate park. All pet dogs should be leashed within 20 metres from the picnic and BBQ areas, playground, and sports and recreational facilities.

Dogs should also be leased when there are public gatherings or sporting events in the Reserve, as well as when maintenance activities are going on.
